- Assist customers with product demos and answer questions about merchandise to enhance their shopping experience
- Promote additional products through upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh, appealing products
- Support inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and organizing backroom supplies
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when taking orders or answering customer inquiries over the phone
