Job description
We are currently seeking energetic, self-motivated, and driven individuals to join our collection team. A Debt collector with proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals. Able to handle a high outbound call volume while using established systems and scripts to drive successful outcomes. Passionate about increasing earning potential through performance and commission-based incentives. Experience Required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make at least 180 outbound calls per day
- Follow a proven system for success, taking and following instructions
- Negotiate with clients to resolve outstanding debts
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while achieving performance goals
Ideal Applicants:
- Energetic, self-motivated, and driven
- Experienced in negotiating payment arrangements, resolving outstanding debts, and maintaining client relationships with professionalism and empathy
- Basic computer skills
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Financially driven and looking for opportunities to increase your earning potential
- Able to work Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (weekends and most major holidays off)
