This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact for inquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communications. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to client requests, resolving service issues, supporting advisors with account documentation, and ensuring a smooth client experience across insurance and investment services. The Client Relations Specialist will proactively monitor client satisfaction, prepare materials for meetings, and assist in communicating updates, reminders, and educational resources. Collaboration with advisors, operations staff, and external partners is essential to uphold service standards and support long-term client engagement.

- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with office software and CRM or client management systems.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing time effectively between onsite and remote work.
- Prior experience in financial services, insurance, or professional client-facing roles is beneficial.
