We are currently looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Monterrey.

 

What will you do?

As an Office Assistant, you will be the key point of reference for the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while creating a functional, organized, and positive work environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the efficient operation of the office (facilities, supplies, maintenance, services, etc.)
  • Managing vendor relationships and coordinating services to meet quality and timing expectations
  • Overseeing administrative processes such as invoicing, expense tracking, and payments to suppliers
  • Supporting corporate card reconciliations and administrative reporting
  • Assisting with HR-related administrative tasks and cross-functional support
  • Providing administrative support to the General Manager when needed
  • Coordinating logistics for office events, visits, and internal activities
  • Supporting expatriate-related administrative processes (housing, services, etc.)
  • Anticipating office needs and proactively solving operational challenges

 

What are we looking for?

  • 2–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
  • Bachelor’s degree completed
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience managing invoices, vendors, and administrative processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
