Responsibilities
- Lead small crew & ensure luxury-level finish quality
- Execute planting, drainage, irrigation, edging, lighting, and hardscapes
- Manage materials, tools, and jobsite logistics
- Track progress & coordinate with owner
- Communicate professionally with homeowners when needed
Requirements
- 3 years landscaping & installation experience
- Ability to run a crew independently
- Keen attention to detail
- Must work efficiently & maintain premium standards
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Skills
- Masonry or carpentry experience
- Fine gardening & plant knowledge
- Experience serving high-end residential clients
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $37.50 per hour
