This is not a “mow and blow” landscaping role — this is craftsmanship.
Position Summary
We are hiring experienced landscape technicians who can confidently assist in building premium outdoor spaces from start to finish. You must be able to take direction, work independently, maintain a clean worksite, and deliver high-quality results without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare beds, soil, and planting areas
- Install shrubs, trees, perennials & seasonal color
- Irrigation trenching, drip layout, troubleshooting
- Landscape lighting installation
- Grading & drainage work (French drains, downspout tie-ins, etc.)
- Mulching, edging, site prep
- Assist with stone & masonry projects (brick edging, paths, etc.)
- Maintain tools, vehicles & clean jobsite daily
What We’re Looking For
- 1 years professional landscaping / construction experience
- Ability to follow plans & execute independently
- Strong work ethic & craftsmanship mindset
- Professional appearance & communication
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs & work outdoors year-round
Preferred Skills
(Not required but strong bonus)
- Brick/stone installation experience
- Irrigation / drainage knowledge
- Small equipment operation (skid-steer, mini-ex, trenchers)
- Plant ID & horticulture knowledge
