Our team specializes in patios, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces, neighborhood entrances, irrigation installs, and commercial landscape maintenance.We are a subsidiary of The P3 Companies, a locally owned group of businesses built on strong relationships, quality craftsmanship, and integrity.As our company continues to grow, we are looking for dependable team members who want more than just a job they want a career with real opportunity to grow.Position OverviewWe are hiring a Landscaping Driver/Crew Member to help transport crews, tools, and materials to job sites while assisting with landscaping and outdoor construction work.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating trucks and trailers, and being part of a hardworking crew that builds beautiful outdoor spaces.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely drive company trucks and trailers to transport crews, tools, and materials to job sitesLoad and unload landscaping equipment and materials each dayPerform basic vehicle and trailer inspections to ensure safe operationAssist with landscaping and installation work including mulch, plants, sod, gravel, and hardscape materialsHelp maintain organization and cleanliness of trucks, trailers, and equipmentFollow directions from the Foreman, Project Manager, and General ManagerRepresent the company professionally when interacting with clients and working in neighborhoodsRequirementsValid drivers license with a clean driving recordComfortable driving trucks and pulling trailers (equipment trailers preferred)Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the dayAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsReliable transportation and strong punctualityTeam-oriented attitude and willingness to learnBonus Experience (Not Required):Landscaping or construction experienceExperience operating trailers or small equipmentExperience working on outdoor construction crewsPay & Benefits$18 $22 per hour, depending on experienceOpportunities for raises based on performanceBranded company work shirts providedWork on a variety of outdoor construction projectsStable work with a growing companyReal growth opportunities as P3 Design Build continues expanding crews and services.Why Work With Us?At P3 Design Build, we believe in building great projects and great people.
