Primary Care Physician - Middletown, CT (Full-Time)
Position Highlights
Department: Middlesex Health Primary Care (MHPC) Office in Middletown, Connecticut
Hours: 40 hours paid per week - with 36 patient contact hours, weekdays only
Role: 100% office-based ambulatory primary care - all ages
Call Schedule: Call group of 7 physicians and 1 APP - Averages 7 weekends of call per year, 4-5 days per month.

Position Summary
Middlesex Health Primary Care is seeking a full-time board-certified/board-eligible Physician for an established, multi-provider, primary care practice in Middletown, CT. The incoming physician will step into a well-established panel of patients and partner with providers that have deep roots in Middlesex County, many having practiced here for over 20 years.

Qualifications
M.D. or D.O. degree
Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
