The Role
We are looking for a dedicated NP or PA to join our team in Cromwell. You will manage a primary care panel as well as our wellness service lines.

Qualifications
- Active Connecticut NP or PA License (or license in process).
- DEA registration.
- A passion for relationship-based primary care and wellness optimization.
- Strong communication skills and an empathetic, supportive bedside manner.
Salary : $110,841 - $139,486
