Hours: 40 hours paid per week - with 36 patient contact hours, weekdays only
Role: 100% office-based ambulatory primary care - all ages
Call Schedule: Call schedule: Established group of physicians and APPs - Average 3 weeks per year

Position Summary
Middlesex Health Primary Care is seeking a full-time board-certified/board-eligible Physician for an established, multi-provider, primary care practice in East Haddam, CT. The incoming physician will step into a well-established panel of patients and partner with providers that have deep roots in Middlesex County, many having practiced here for over 20 years.

Qualifications
M.D. or D.O. degree
Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
