This job is for you if you love working with your hands. We're looking for a Working Foreman to lead a small 3–4 man crew on residential and light commercial framing projects. This is a hands-on role — you'll be on the tools every day, not stuck behind a clipboard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work hands-on daily framing with a small crew

- Help train and support newer crew members
Requirements:
- 3 years of framing carpentry experience
- Foreman or lead carpenter experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
