Great fit for guys who've put in the years installing and want a leadership role without being on the roof every day. No subcontracting. Full W2 position. Local work only. What You'll Get:

What You'll Do:
- Lead residential roofing crews
- Handle setup, supervision, and walk-throughs
- Keep jobs on schedule and homeowners happy
- Coordinate with our office and supply teams
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site
Requirements:
- 3 years in roofing or construction
- 1 year leading a crew preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Good communicater.
- Must live within 30 minutes of Newmanstown, PA
