The Middle East Broadcasting Networks, Inc. (MBN) is seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment efforts on a contract basis. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across multiple functions, while building strong candidate pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for a wide range of positions, including hard-to-fill roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and hiring plans.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate candidate data within MBN’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Support the offer process, including preparation and extension of offers.
- Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth new hire experience.
- Represent MBN at career fairs, networking events, and recruitment initiatives.
- Support internship recruitment and coordination activities.
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for HR leadership as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Oracle Taleo or similar).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
