Some things a Expo Cook does:
- Plate menu items to fill table orders in a timely manner
- Practice sanitary and safe food handling
- Maintain work area, organize and stock needed items
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Assist in ensuring guest satisfaction by upholding standards for quality, value, service, and cleanliness
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all restaurant employees to promote a cooperative and pleasant working environment
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management team and shift leaders
