ARNAZ Towing is one of the fastest-growing roadside assistance providers in Metro Detroit. We perform light duty towing and emergency roadside services to stranded motorists.
Roadside Assistance Technician Responsibilities:

- Roadside Assistance services: Tire Changes, Lockouts, Battery Install, Jump Starts, Fuel Delivery, etc.
- Troubleshoot and perform light service repairs using scanners and other tools.
- Provide customer service, communicate and accommodate customers
- Battery testing, and on-site battery replacement/installation
- Meet Service level agreements, assigned ETA's
- Maintains equipment in good safe working order; maintains an inventory of tools and products to ensure all service calls can be completed.
Qualifications
- 2 years towing and/or Roadside Assistance experience required.
- A Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, high energy, and the willingness to succeed
