Position Summary
The Lead Qualification Coordinator is responsible for managing and qualifying inbound leads generated through digital marketing channels, including Facebook, websites, social media campaigns, and other marketing initiatives. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective customers, ensuring leads are properly vetted, documented, and assigned to the appropriate sales team member.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working with CRM systems and digital communication platforms.
Essential Responsibilities
Lead Management & CRM Administration
- Monitor and manage inbound leads from Facebook, websites, social media campaigns, and other marketing channels.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer information in Zoho CRM.
- Ensure all lead records are complete, organized, and properly categorized.
- Track lead activity and maintain data integrity within the CRM system.
Lead Qualification
- Review lead submissions and conduct initial outreach via phone, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.
- Verify customer information and assess purchasing interest and business potential.
- Determine lead quality based on established qualification criteria.
- Classify leads as Hot, Warm, Cold, or Unqualified.
Lead Assignment & Sales Support
- Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales representative based on territory, product interest, or opportunity level.
- Ensure timely lead distribution and follow-up.
- Monitor lead activity and escalate inactive opportunities when necessary.
- Support the sales team by providing accurate lead information and customer insights.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Generate reports on lead volume, response times, qualification rates, and conversions.
- Monitor CRM pipeline activity and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Assist management in tracking key sales and lead generation metrics.
Additional Responsibilities
- Cross-train and provide support for other sales administration functions as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience using CRM systems; Zoho CRM preferred.
- Experience managing inbound leads, customer inquiries, or sales support activities preferred.
- Experience with social media lead generation and digital marketing campaigns preferred.
Skills & Competencies

Work Schedule
Monday – Friday7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
