The mission of CPLC's Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) is to promote the health, well-being, and stability of refugees, unaccompanied alien children, and other eligible individuals and families, through culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based services. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?
As a Nurse, you will play a critical role in guiding and ensuring the quality of clinical services, treatment, and interventions provided to unaccompanied minors in our care. Working collaboratively with the Medical Director and contracted physicians, you will help ensure children receive high-quality, compassionate medical services focused on health maintenance, disease prevention, and overall well-being.
You will oversee clinical practices, support compliance with state licensing requirements and Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) standards, and help ensure all medical services align with CPLC policies and procedures. Your expertise and dedication will contribute directly to creating a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for youth in our programs.

Minimum Qualifications And Competencies
Education / Background:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of employment.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher health-related qualification (e.g., Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner).
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in the medical field.
- Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred.
