Qualifications
- Strong Sales and New Business Development skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and grow commercial accounts.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication, including active listening, clear verbal and written communication, and professional interpersonal skills.
- Experience delivering effective Sales Presentations tailored to commercial and fleet customers.
- Knowledge of automotive or truck sales, fleet solutions, or related industry experience is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple customer accounts, and maintain organized records and follow-up activities.
- Comfort using dealership systems, CRM software, and basic office tools (email, spreadsheets, and digital forms).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate a variety of vehicle types.
