Order Filler- 1st Shift 9a-6p

Our Order Filler is responsible for selecting the correct products from pick slots, palletizing orders, and delivering products to the dock in a safe and efficient manner.

• Operates a standup electric pallet jack to transport product.
• Hand selects orders in a refrigerated environment ranging from 34 - 55 degrees.
• Stacks product on pallets in accordance with proper selecting procedures.
• Stages pallets for loading on proper dock locations.
• Maintains and safely operates all assigned equipment.
• Shrink-wraps product on loading dock.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to meet or exceed minimum efficiency levels as established.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively as it relates to the job and safety regulations.
• Must be able to lift to 50lbs., transverse a warehouse unassisted, and stand for 8 hours.
• Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment background screening.

The starting salary for this position is $17.00 per hour plus an additional $5.09 per hour in cash fringe benefits for a maximum hourly rate of up to $22.09 with the possibility of additional weekly performance incentives.
