Sales Desk/Customer Support (Metal Roofing/Siding Manufacturer)

This position will be for our Grand Blanc, MI, location, where we are looking for a full-time technical/customer support representative to handle our e-commerce support questions, take customer orders, and handle clerical work for the location.

Basic Outline

• Mon-Fri 8 am to 4:30 pm
• Willing to undergo a drug test.

The position duties are outlined below,

• Must have excellent phone skills
• Learn and run the order management program along with completing and processing of a new order.
• Learn about the products we offer and be able to explain the differences to prospects.
• Have general knowledge or the willingness to learn about social media business pages. Respond to and guide customers for their questions/concerns by phone, social media, website chat, or e-commerce platform messages.
• Keep the work area organized and clean.
• Pull small-item stock from the stock room and load into customer vehicles if needed.
• Must be able to lift 20-30lbs
• Process eBay, WalMart, Amazon, online store, and phone orders.
• Learn the process of handling missing packages and processing return requests.
• Professional/casual attire (Well kept Jeans and T-shirts are acceptable).
• Learn our picking and packing system for days when our shipping team is behind.
• Be punctual
• Must be a team player.

Wages are paid weekly and you must be able to have your check direct deposited.
