Location: Corunna, Michigan (On-Site)

Precision Electric Motor Sales, an employee-owned company, is dedicated to exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team and help us maintain our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
  • The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Empathetic and passionately communicative
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Patience. Customers might ask several questions, be unhappy or ask you to repeat instructions several times. Patience is important to keep the conversation on track, remain personable and provide a positive experience.
  • Ability to work well with others via phone, email, and personal interaction
  • High School degree
