Position Overview
- Job Title: Marketing & Dealer Engagement Coordinator
- Type: Full-Time
- Reports To: Auction General Manager / Owner
- Core Focus: Combining digital marketing, social media, and proactive dealer outreach to boost vehicle consignment (sellers) and bidder turnout (buyers).
Key Responsibilities
Dealer Outreach & Relationship Management
- Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to active and inactive local dealers to promote upcoming weekly sales, featured inventories, and special events.
- Maintain accurate records of dealer communication.
Digital Marketing & Promotions
- Monitor and maintain digital marketing content across all platforms, including website, mailing lists, and analytics to keep information up to date.
- Plan and execute weekly emails, text blasts, and social media posts (Facebook, Instagram) highlighting run-list and featured cars.
- Update the auction website or inventory posting boards with upcoming sale details.
- Design simple promotional flyers, digital banners, and signage for special themed auction days.
Sale Day Execution
- Support in-lane promotional activities, giveaways, or customer appreciation events.
- Gather content (photos/videos of top-selling or unique cars) for future social media and marketing features.
Coordinate and Plan special events
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in marketing, inside sales, customer service, or the automotive/dealership industry.
- Communication: Excellent verbal, and written communication skills with a friendly, people-first attitude.
- Tech Skills: Comfortable using social media platforms, email marketing tools, basic graphic design software (like Canva), and CRM databases, etc.
- Work Style: Self-starter who can juggle fast-paced sale-day tasks while managing steady administrative follow-up.
