About Us
At Vibra-Conn, we help keep buildings quiet and equipment running smoothly. We supply vibration isolation and architectural noise control products for HVAC systems and other mechanical installations. Our customers include mechanical contractors, engineers, and builders who count on us for responsive service, accurate quotes, and quality materials.
We’re a small but growing team, and we’re looking for an Estimator who can read blueprints, understand project specs, and put together accurate, professional quotes for our contractor customers.
What You’ll Do
· Review drawings, specs, and bid invitations to identify vibration isolation and noise control needs.
· Prepare takeoffs and detailed material lists.
· Work with vendors to get pricing and product details.
· Generate clear, accurate quotes and proposals for mechanical and general contractors.
· Track bid opportunities and stay on top of deadlines.
· Communicate with customers and internal team members to clarify scope and ensure accurate bids.
· Keep organized records of quotes, submittals, and related project info.
What We’re Looking For
· Experience in estimating, construction supply, or mechanical systems is a big plus.
· Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and specifications.
· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple bids at once.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with Bluebeam or similar software is a bonus.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn about our products and customers.
