Senior Estimator Qualifications

• Construction estimating experience
• Thorough understanding of Blueprint reading including architectural, civil, food service, ID, structure and MEP.
• Thorough understanding of how to navigate and digest a specification book.
• Microsoft Office with a strong working knowledge of Excel, this position requires a high level of proficiency in Excel.
• Strong ability to qualify subcontractor quotes including subcontractor qualifications and exclusions.
• Comfortable negotiating pricing
• Experience estimating commercial renovation projects
  
  

Qualifications

Senior Estimator Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with solid decision making skills.
• Must be well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong software skills to include MS Office.
• 5 years estimating experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  
  

Estimator Compensation Package

Salary: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
