Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Conduct detailed floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces.
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items.
- , Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting surfaces, bathrooms and high-touch areas regularly.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and addressing any concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness of appliances and fixtures such as ovens, refrigerators, sinks, and countertops through proper cleaning techniques.
- Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly.
Qualifications
- Hotel experience is a plus
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining hygienic spaces.
- Experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning chemicals safely.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and courteously.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
