Housekeeping

Job Description: Responsible for helping to achieve ongoing guest satisfaction and team goals through upkeep and cleanliness of rooms, public spaces and exterior of hotel.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• To understand all standards of room/suite cleanliness.
• To consistently clean assigned rooms/suites to the standards of cleanliness for the Brand.
• Maintaining shelf organization in the storerooms.
• Remove trash and dirty linens from rooms/suites.
• Sweep and vacuuming floors.
• Reporting to maintenance problems or completing work orders.
• Spot cleaning walls, light fixtures, headboards, picture frames, ect.
• Complete room checklist.
• Vacuum hallways if needed.
• Must be able to reach, kneel and bend.
• Have the ability to lift, push and pull.

• Attitude must be conducive to team growth, hospitality and serving environment.
• Greet guests whenever coming into contact. Friendly "hello". "Is there anything I can help you with".
• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
