This is a fast-paced, execution-focused role that requires strong independent judgment, adaptability, and the ability to drive multiple workstreams forward simultaneously with minimal direction.
Job Responsibilities:
Write, edit, and publish high-quality content across blogs, newsletters, social posts, short-form videos, visuals, and campaign assets aligned to brand messaging and business goals
Develop polished first drafts and creative concepts independently by turning ideas, inputs, and subject matter expert guidance into publish-ready content with minimal oversight
Manage the owned social channel calendar, prioritizing content based on audience relevance, campaign timing, and business impact
Evaluate content for publication readiness, ensuring alignment with messaging guidelines, brand standards, and channel best practices
Create and package social content for campaigns and announcements, including copy, visuals, short-form videos, captions, and posting assets

Create ready-to-use amplification copy for stakeholders, partners, and employees, and coordinate distribution across social, partner, and internal channels
Support real-time event content capture and production, including photos, videos, interviews, recaps, and post-event storytelling assets
Own content distribution and amplification across internal and external channels, including campaign tagging, naming conventions, and tracking systems
Track social and content performance, monitor trends, sentiment, and audience feedback, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for content and messaging optimization
Identify opportunities to refresh, optimize, or retire outdated content to maintain channel relevance and content quality
