The role emphasizes execution, coordination, and performance management across all workplace functions.

This role is responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of Micron’s global workplace services, including Space Planning & Occupancy, Construction Project Execution, and Integrated Facility Management (IFM). The Senior Manager will lead cross-functional teams and vendor partners to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all non-manufacturing sites. The role emphasizes execution, coordination, and performance management across all workplace functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead global space planning for non-manufacturing sites, aligning with headcount forecasts and business needs.
- Manage occupancy logistics including restacks, seat assignments, and space moves in coordination with regional teams.
- Maintain spatial data systems (e.g., Serraview, CA) to ensure accuracy and enable real-time reporting and analytics.
- Support hybrid work strategies by implementing flexible occupancy models that optimize space usage.
- Oversee construction and renovation projects from scope and budgeting through execution and closeout, ensuring alignment with standards and sustainability goals.
- Direct daily IFM operations and supervise vendors to ensure consistent service delivery, cost control, and compliance.
- Serve as the central contact for workplace services, resolving issues and coordinating cross-functional solutions.
- Enable operational transparency through documentation, reporting, and training of regional teams and vendor partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field equivalent industry experience.
- 8 years of experience in facilities operations, construction management, or space planning.
- Strong background in vendor management and service delivery.
- Proficiency in IWMS platforms and occupancy planning tools.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
