Program Management Lead end-to-end program management for GP Career Pathways and training initiatives, including strategic planning, execution, governance, and continuous improvement. Manage interdependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment across multiple initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of program milestones. Apply structured methodologies to drive program adoption, incorporating change management, engagement, and communication strategies. Define and operationalize measurement strategies for KPIs, adoption metrics, and ROI; synthesize insights to influence strategic decisions and optimize impact. Design, deploy and facilitate skills-enabling solutions grounded in adult learning theory to deliver impacting skills-building experiences that align with business priorities and system/process requirements. Develop and maintain learning assets such as facilitator guides, job aids, and skills support tools. Apply evaluation frameworks to assess learning effectiveness and business outcomes; use data and feedback to continuously refine programs. Collaborate and engage stakeholders to identify critical skill gaps, design and scale upskilling programs, and embed AI literacy and application into learning solutions that drive innovation, efficiency, and business impact. Three to Five years of experience in corporate learning, talent management, program/project management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field. Bachelor's degree required; PMP or related Project Management certifications preferred. Demonstrated success in managing and improving talent development programs and processes. Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders. Proven expertise in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and training delivery. Experienced facilitator with the ability to design and deliver high-impact experiential learning solutions and interventions that drive engagement, skill development, and behavior change. Familiarity with personality assessments (e.g., Emergenetics, StrengthsFinder) is a plus. Experience with learning platforms such as Workday LMS and collaboration tools like SharePoint Online is preferred. Passionate about enabling a people-centric culture and fostering continuous learning. Curious and business-savvy, with the ability to quickly understand organizational needs and translate them into effective talent solutions.
