Collaborate with PE organizations like System Engineering, Component Validation, and Media Health teams to plan for future technology changes and test coverage for the Alpha product. Ensure all silicon findings are resolved in line with the encouraged timelines for issue closure for the designs your team is handling. Collaborate with Product Leadership Team to integrate design readiness into product strategy. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related fields with 5 years of relevant technical experience. High-speed datapath and logic design knowledge. Strong circuit analysis and debug skills. A record of performance excellence for current/previous areas of responsibility. Demonstrated ability to solve problems across multi-functional groups, both within and outside the department. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Proven communication and presentation skills. Solid interpersonal skills and a track record as a strong collaborator. Experience working with multi-functional teams across multiple sites.
