Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy: Define and implement data science strategy for enterprise functions (Business Units, Sales, Finance, HR, and Legal). Align team objectives with corporate priorities and manage prioritization of resources.
- Technical Delivery: Lead all aspects of development of predictive models, optimization algorithms, GenAI implementation, and workflows and agents powered by artificial intelligence. Ensure quality, scalability, and compliance of data solutions across business functions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product owners and cross-functional teams to incorporate AI, GenAI, and advanced analytics into key business operations. Share insights and suggestions with senior leadership.
- People Development: Mentor and grow a high-performing team; manage career development and succession planning.
- Master’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, engineering, or a related area.
- Over 8 years of experience in data science and/or advanced analytics, including more than 3 years in leadership positions.
- Expertise in GenAI, AI, machine learning, statistical modeling, and big data platforms (e.g., GCP, Snowflake).
- Strong business insight and ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies.
- PhD degree or equivalent experience in data science, computer science, statistics, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience implementing AI, GenAI, and advanced analytics within Business Units, Sales, Finance, HR, and Legal areas.
- Semiconductor proven experience.
