We collaborate across engineering, marketing, and business units to deliver innovative SSD products that meet evolving customer needs in the client computing space.
Position Overview
As a Strategic Roadmap & Technical Product Management Intern – NAND Storage, you will contribute to shaping Micron’s Client SSD vision and roadmap. This hybrid role blends product planning, technical analysis, and strategic marketing, offering exposure to cross-functional collaboration and ground breaking NAND technologies.

Responsibilities
- Assist in defining and delivering Micron’s Client SSD roadmap and strategic NAND initiatives.
- Analyze SSD features and market trends in client computing/storage.
- Evaluate the viability of emerging technologies, business models, and applications.
- Track and maintain SSD product specifications across generations.
- Collaborate with engineering to migrate product requirements into the JAMA framework.
- Support roadmap alignment across business units (e.g., mNAND, cSSD, ASIC).
- Contribute to customer engagement materials and strategic presentations.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Identify risks and opportunities to strengthen MCBU’s SSD strategy.
- Leverage AI tools for data analysis, requirement tracking, and presentation generation.
- Bachelor’s (Senior) or Master’s student in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data migration and analytics.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and work diligently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and insight generation.
- Familiarity with NAND technologies, SSD architecture, or semiconductor product lifecycle.
- Experience reading and interpreting datasheets.
- Knowledge of tools such as JAMA, SharePoint, or dashboarding platforms.
- Previous experience with planning or managing products in a technical field.
