Responsibilities
- Implement accurate and timely data entry and analysis across multiple Micron systems, including but not limited to SAP, Matreq, Packtrack, Hotrec, Resolve, Workday, Shipdoc, Ariba, and OJTCERT.
- Own and document shift-level workload and project completion, ensuring visibility and accountability.
- Communicate effectively with Supervisors, Purchasing, IT, Facilities, and internal customers to resolve issues and complete tasks.
- Lead or support team initiatives focused on quality improvement, process optimization, and system enhancements.
- Represent the department in cross-functional teams and contribute to broader operational goals.
- Uphold and promote Micron’s safety standards and quality expectations in all activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Valid driver’s license.
- Demonstrated ability to follow area procedures safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
- Familiarity with Micron systems and tools (SAP, Ariba, etc.).
- Proven adaptability to change and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.
