The work is highly visible, deeply collaborative, and critical to customer success.

Responsibilities
- Own global product health for DRAM speed products, including yield, quality, and speed performance
- Analyze silicon parametric, test, and manufacturing data to identify issues and drive root cause resolution
- Lead yield and quality improvement strategies across NPI, qualification, ramp, and high‑volume manufacturing
- Align and drive execution across fab, test, module, quality, and operations teams worldwide
- Provide clear, data‑driven technical recommendations and mentor engineers across sites
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of experience in DRAM, semiconductor manufacturing, or product engineering
- Experience analyzing yield, quality, and test data to resolve product or process issues
- Ability to lead technical problems across multiple teams and organizations
- Experience with common DRAM failure modes and hands‑on failure analysis
- Background working across fab, backend test, module, or system interfaces
- Experience leading yield improvement or product qualification efforts
- Demonstrated technical leadership in cross‑site or cross‑functional environments
