We are part of Micron’s Facilities Construction team in Boise, supporting the delivery of the new ID1 advanced high-bandwidth memory fabrication facility. Our team coordinates base build construction, tool installs, and supporting infrastructure across multiple campus locations. We work hands-on with contractors and engineers to build and sustain one of the most advanced fabrication environments in the world.
The Facilities Coordinator plays a critical role in driving HVAC construction execution across complex, high-impact projects. This role partners closely with contractors, engineers, and manufacturing teams to ensure systems are designed, installed, and delivered safely, on schedule, and with minimal impact to ongoing operations. You’ll be trusted to coordinate work in an active fab environment and help turn design intent into operational reality.

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee HVAC-related construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and code compliance
- Partner with contractors, engineers, and internal teams to plan scope, schedules, and project execution
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and drive corrective actions to meet cost and schedule commitments
- Perform site inspections and oversee contractor workmanship to world-class standards
- Manage permits, contracts, and project documentation to ensure accurate records and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience managing construction projects with a focus on HVAC systems
- Working knowledge of construction codes, safety laws, and industry standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple collaborators
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, active manufacturing environment
- Experience managing projects up to $25M, including scope, budget, and critical path schedules
- Experience coordinating construction work in operating manufacturing or semiconductor environments
- Working knowledge of facilities operations, HVAC equipment, and manufacturing processes
- Experience partnering with multiple contractors and engineering teams on complex builds
- Background supporting base build, tool install, or large-scale fab construction projects
