We collaborate across Research and Development, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Quality Assurance to ensure seamless product transitions from design to high-volume production, delivering cost-effective and innovative memory solutions.
Position Overview
As a Product Engineer Intern, you will play a critical role in enabling new DRAM products to move from design to mass production. You’ll work on circuit debug, device characterization, and DRAM analysis to improve performance and reliability. This role offers exposure to simulation, failure analysis, yield optimization, and test program development across wafer, component, and module levels.

Responsibilities
- Perform wafer and component-level circuit debug and device characterization.
- Conduct detailed DRAM analysis to optimize end-user performance and reliability.
- Assist with circuit simulation, failure analysis, and qualification processes.
- Support customer implementation and internal product readiness activities.
- Contribute to yield optimization and test program development for wafer, component, and module steps.
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program or equivalent experience in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- Coursework in VLSI, semiconductor processes, Python, and C/C (required for some roles).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and self-motivation.
- Industry experience in semiconductor or memory product engineering (for senior-level roles).
- Familiarity with DRAM architecture and validation workflows.
- Exposure to yield analysis and test development processes.
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach to learning and collaboration.
