We are currently looking to add a Director of Marketing Communications to our Marketing team in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth through integrated marketing initiatives. This role oversees digital marketing, marketing automation, website and content strategy, and brand management to deliver consistent and impactful results across all channels. The Director partners closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and the Executive Team to ensure alignment and measurable results while leading a high-performing team focused on innovation and execution excellence.

- Must exhibit expertise in and be apprised with the latest information and trends in the industry, including the use of AI and other cutting-edge technologies.
- Responsible for developing and implementing an integrated and comprehensive marketing communications strategy that supports corporate objectives.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across web, email, social media, paid media, and SEO/SEM to optimize audience reach and engagement.
- Oversee marketing automation and CRM integration to streamline lead generation, nurture campaigns, and reporting.
- Own and direct website strategy, content development, and user experience optimization to ensure a high-performing digital presence.
- Own and manage brand positioning and visual identity, ensuring consistent application across global markets and marketing materials.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Corporate to align messaging and drive go-to-market success.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the marketing communications team to foster creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop, direct and maintain marketing budgets, resources, and data driven performance framework to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage agency and vendor partnerships to support key marketing initiatives and creative production.
- Champion innovation in marketing strategies, technologies, and storytelling to advance brand impact.

Education and/or experience required:
- Master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.
- 10 or more years of progressive marketing communications experience, including at least 5 years in a management role required.
- Proven success managing brand, digital marketing, and content strategies in a B2B environment (life sciences, healthcare, or technology experience preferred).
- Expertise with marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and CMS solutions such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, WordPress, or Adobe Experience Manager.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
