We’re searching for an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager who will help us advance our commitment to safety, sustainability, and community responsibility.

We’re searching for an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager who will help us advance our commitment to safety, sustainability, and community responsibility.
What You’ll Do
As the EHS Manager, you’ll lead environmental health, safety, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives across all Microbiologics sites. You’ll collaborate with leadership and site teams to ensure compliance, promote sustainability, and foster a culture where people and the planet thrive together.
Your impact will include:
- Leading company-wide EHS programs and ESG initiatives.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across multiple sites.
- Providing guidance, training, and mentorship to Safety Officers and teams.
- Managing sustainability projects focused on energy, waste, and community engagement.
- Reporting on key EHS and ESG metrics to support leadership decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Sustainability, or related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive EHS or ESG experience, ideally in manufacturing or life sciences.
- Professional certification (CSP, CIH, CHMM, or sustainability credential) preferred.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across functional teams.
- Passion for sustainability, safety, and making a positive impact.
