What You’ll Do
Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and project-based support to the Executive Assistant
- Support the Executive Leadership Team with scheduling, coordination, and documentation
- Prepare, print, and compile materials for meetings and presentations
- Draft, proofread, and format correspondence and presentation materials
Coordination & Project Support
- Assist with planning and scheduling meetings, company events, presentations, and travel arrangements
- Manage travel reports, rewards, and records using Concur or similar systems
- Support administrative, clerical, and data entry projects under general supervision
- Assist business units with reports and documentation as requested
Organization & Process Support
- Assist with managing inventory of company assets, swag, and promotional materials
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Provide input to support streamlined processes and integration of shared tools
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with team members and company contacts
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices
- Perform other administrative or office-related duties as assigned

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of administrative and/or business support experience

- Strong time management and organizational skills
