Why This Role Exists
To support advisors so they can stay focused on client meetings and strategic planning without frequent interruptions. The person in this role is the first person clients see when they come into our office. This person will greet and interact with clients and ensure the team’s time and energy is used efficiently.

· Requires 100% confidentiality and professionalism when working with financial and personal client
information
· Ability to work full time, 40 hours weekly

Client/Advisor Support
· Answer phones with warmth, professionalism, and clarity
· Greet clients and make them feel welcomed and supported
· Handle client questions when possible; if answers are not known, gather information and call the
client back
· Serve as a buffer for advisors by using their time efficiently when they are in meetings or focused
planning
Office Operations
· Prepare client folders, forms, meeting materials, and paperwork
· Schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination
· Scan, file, organize paperwork, track status of client requests
· Keep supplies organized and the office running smoothly
· Complete follow up tasks - sending confirmations, reminders, and outreach as needed
· Help with small operational improvements and efficiencies when things can be done better
General Support
· Be on top of what is happening in the office and step in to help before being asked
· Maintain a tidy, welcoming, efficient atmosphere
· Contribute ideas, solutions, and energy that help the office succeed
Compensation/Benefits
- $27– $31 per hour, commensurate with experience
- Performance based incentives
- Paid holidays, PTO, Simple Retirement Account with a 3% match offered after 1 year
