Overview:
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure accurate and efficient handling of materials in support of production and inventory operations. This role involves processing inventory in an ERP system, moving materials, receiving shipments, performing cycle counts, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse. The position also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process inventory transactions, update locations, and perform cycle counts in the ERP system.
- Safely operate forklifts, tow motors, and material-handling equipment.
- Receive, verify, and distribute incoming goods to production and storage areas.
- Assist with work orders, resolve material shortages, and update records in the ERP system.
- Support training, best practices, and continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience.
- Intermediate ERP experience.
- Forklift and picking equipment certification required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work at heights up to 25 ft.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
