Job Title: PHD Technician Admin
Location: Chatsworth, Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $18- 23 per hour, depending on experience (DPE)

Position Overview:
We seek a Technician Admin to support our Physical Dimensional Calibration Laboratory. This role combines hands-on technical training with administrative support. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys both technical detail and organizational tasks while building expertise in calibration.
Responsibilities:
- Issue, review, and track calibration certificates
- Perform data entry, inventory management, and general administrative support
- Receive hands-on training calibrating Physical Dimensional tools (thread rings/ plugs, crimp tools, rulers, roughness testers, thickness gauges, etc.)
- Monitor orders, notify customer service of backorders, and assist with repair workflow
- Prepare gages for delivery, including packaging and dip sealing
- Assist in electrical equipment calibration and testing under supervision
- Maintain lab organization, cleanliness, and documentation
- Collaborate with the team to improve workflow and support timely project completion
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Skills:
- 2-3 years of continuous prior employment required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing error-free work.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Outstanding organizational, math skills, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident Status required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
