A fast-paced distribution and logistics operation on USA Parkway is hiring Warehouse Associates for night shift on two four-day schedules — three days off every week, a shift premium in your paycheck, and your days completely free. Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $20.50/hour — night shift premium above the day rate
- Weekly Pay: Every Friday
- Shift Hours: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (both schedules)
- Pick Your Four-Day Schedule:
- Full-Time: Sunday – Wednesday
- Full-Time: Wednesday – Saturday
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Long-Term

What You'll Do
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Label, sort, and consolidate products accurately
- Load and unload trailers and containers and stage inbound and outbound shipments
- Verify counts and inspect merchandise for quality
- Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Support inventory activities and special projects as needed
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe in accordance with OSHA guidelines
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution experience preferred — a great attitude and willingness to learn count just as much
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with basic math skills
- Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record
- Physical readiness: ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours, lift up to 50 lbs independently (60 lbs with assistance), and perform repetitive movement in varying temperatures
