National B2B Sales / Account Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to grow our customer base and increase sales with business customers.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, prospecting for new business, and turning opportunities into long-term customers. The B2B Sales Representative will focus on both developing new accounts and growing existing accounts through consistent communication, product knowledge, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new B2B customers through outbound calls, email, referrals, networking, and other lead-generation activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Consistently follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Grow revenue and gross profit within assigned accounts.
• Re-engage inactive or underperforming accounts.
• Meet or exceed established sales, gross profit, prospecting, and new-account goals.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual starting salary $70,000 Bonus (Depending on experience)
• Income potential: Experienced reps earn over $100k a year
• Health benefits for employees with a portion cost paid for by the company
• Hours are Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 3 PM
• Standard Vacation package, most Federal holidays observed, 2 days for Christmas and Thanksgiving

  Requirements:

• Business to business inside sales experience
• Food service sales is very helpful but not required
• College Degree
• Strong math skills; good organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent computer skills, Excel, Word, Outlook, ACT and internet research
• Ability to travel- customer visits and tradeshows (Appx 10 trips per year, 2-4 days)

Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
