For over 80 years Mickey’s Linen has been a leading provider of linen and kitchen uniform rental programs. Our customers range from local neighborhood restaurants to brand name food & beverage operators.
We are looking for Route Service Representatives to join our team in multiple areas. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, delivering to 18-30 customers daily, and selling additional products & services. The average day consists of route delivery, dropping off clean/picking up soiled merchandise, responding to customer inquiries and requests, and assisting in the management of customer usage/demand.
Primary duties involve driving a customized 18' step van to and from numerous customer stops, as well as lifting, loading/unloading, carrying and delivering products into customer accounts.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years experience in customer service.
- Must be physically capable of handling route work and a clean driving record.
- Must possess a strong background in safety.
- Enjoys working with people, and has an attitude for customer service
- Ability to pro-actively solve problems.
- Ability to keep good customer relationships, and account management.
- Ability to drive an 18’ step-van truck; Clean driving record; CDL "B" or "C" license, a plus
