Job Responsibilities
- Process employee payroll accurately and on schedule
- Manage payroll reporting and ensure compliance with prevailing wage/Davis Bacon requirements
- Handle invoicing and billing tasks in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks Online
- Assist with additional accounting and administrative duties as needed
- Support the accounting team with day-to-day financial operations
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting, payroll, or bookkeeping experience
- Experience with prevailing wage compliance
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required
- Must be computer savvy and comfortable working across multiple software platforms and systems to perform daily job functions
- Experience processing payroll and handling invoicing
- Experience in construction, solar, or other project-based industries is a plus
- Strong ability to learn new systems and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Must be able to work onsite
- Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
