Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, School Administration, Curriculum and Instruction, or other educational field
- Valid Michigan School Administrator Certification or the ability to obtain certification
- Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, parents, and community members
- Successful experience as a classroom teacher
- 3-5 years of school leadership or administrative experience preferred
- Previous experience with data-driven instruction to improve culture and academic outcomes
Salary Data: $96,718 – $110,352, commensurate with experience. Compensation includes ECSAA Administrator Benefit package ,
Work Year: 212 days. Position contractual start date is August 3, 2026, but final candidate will be asked to attend UVA Partnership for Leaders in Education (PLE) professional development from July 13-18.
Hiring Process Timetable: The process includes a screener interview and full committee interview with building/district stakeholders. Final candidates will be asked to complete a DISC/Achiever assessment and an interview with the Superintendent. Recommendation for hire to the Board of Education is tentatively planned for May 2026.
