- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and drive innovation within the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD and SolidWorks software.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and project tracking.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in rotational molding is a plus.
