We are seeking an Event Coordinator to oversee and execute all team events, open houses, broker opens, sponsorships, and internal celebrations. POSITION OVERVIEW
The Event Coordinator plays a vital role in both external brand presence and internal team culture. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all open houses, broker opens, charity sponsorships, and team events – ensuring each reflects the elevated standards of the Michelle Thomas Team. You will also manage weekly open house logistics, maintain supplies and inventory, and lead birthday and anniversary recognition efforts across the team.eam events, open houses, broker opens, sponsorships, and internal celebrations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Open Houses & Broker Opens:
- Coordinate the weekly open house schedule with agents and operations
- Prepare and distribute open house bins containing all necessary supplies
- Print and organize open house flyers and marketing materials
- Assist with broker opens including signage, setup, food/beverage coordination, and breakdown
- Ensure consistency and professionalism across all events
Events & Sponsorships:
- Coordinate charity sponsorships and branded community involvement
- Manage vendor communication and event timelines
- Track event calendars and ensure deadlines are met
Inventory & Supplies:
- Maintain inventory of all open house and event supplies
- Organize storage areas and restock materials as needed
- Track usage and communicate supply needs proactively
Team Culture & Recognition:
- Lead team birthday and work anniversary celebrations
- Coordinate cards, gifts, announcements, and recognition efforts
- Support internal morale and culture initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working with calendars, spreadsheets, and digital tools
- Event planning or real estate experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed
