Position Summary
SWFL Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events, programs, and member engagement initiatives. This role assists with ongoing event logistics, website management, communications, administrative coordination, and day-of event support across multiple programs and signature events.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics and provide day-of support for ongoing programs, council events, networking events, and signature events.
- Manage event-related communications including event marketing emails, reminder emails, attendee updates, surveys, and registration support.
- Maintain event websites, registration pages, ticketing, and related online event information.
- Assist with speaker coordination, venue logistics, food and beverage arrangements, and printed event materials.
- Support event operations through invoice reminders, P&L updates, mailings, and general administrative tasks.
- Prepare presentations, printed materials, signage, and other event collateral as needed.
- Provide support for member engagement activities including ribbon cuttings, hosting inquiries, and on-site registration assistance.
- Collaborate with the Events team to ensure successful execution of programs and a positive attendee experience.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with event coordination, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
- Ability to provide professional on-site event support, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or off-site events.
